I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Miguel Berenguer. I started my Creative Journey in 2014, straight from High School I was given the opportunity to work in a design agency with my cousin. All I knew when I started was PowerPoint Presentations, and that was about it but I was adamant to learn more. I started off with the basics, #Photoshop.
I began to learn the interface, functionality and its capabilities. Once I had mastered my first official creative tool, I decided to branch out dipping my hands into #Illustrator, #InDesign and the likes for Digital Design.
After a couple of months trying out different combinations of each, I jumped into a new Creative field. Motion Graphics. This is when animations and special effects caught my eye when I started to learn After Effects. This introduced me to a whole new world of capabilities and interactive content that not only intrigued myself, but my clients too. Due to its mutual benefit I dived into all aspects of motion Graphics from creating Infotainment to Editing footage from a 4K Drone.
I still felt like I could do more, I could learn more. I searched around to find my next big project. What will fill up my late nights and quiet time during the day? The answer was, 3D.
I began to search for the most interesting software that could I could seamlessly bring into my already complex work process. Then, I found #Cinema4D. Besides having a fairly simplistic UI and a variety of primitive shapes, effects and plugins, it had that special characteristic that gave my workflow a boost.
I started small with some product showcases, then moved up into Exhibition and Activation Stands, all the way to Interior and Exterior Architecture. I am though limited to time and hardware won’t allow me to try out some 3D Animations, but someday I will eventually dabble with that too.
I am forever grateful to all those that have crossed my path from employers, colleagues and clients.
